This pilot program assists professionals in navigating the authorship process, uncovering blind spots while allowing insights and structure to emerge. It serves entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations whose writing directly influences outcomes.

Combat Writing [Pilot Edition]: A practical field manual for the framework and AI integration
Password-protected workspace: Share works-in-progress and receive structured feedback
Three live production sessions (phone or video, up to 1 hour each):
Launch: Define success criteria. What does this piece need to accomplish? How will we measure whether it worked?
Draft Review: Submit rough draft. Receive multi-AI analysis orchestrated by Learning Producers to reveal blind spots and opportunities.
Final Reflection: Review outcomes against success criteria. Reflect on insights gained and next actions.
Optional one-page written interpretation from Learning Producers summarizing key insights and takeaways for your records
Timeline: All sessions must be completed within 60 days of enrollment.
Pricing Structure
This pilot is structured to create mutual financial commitment. Both parties assume risk: You pay upfront to begin. We earn the backend by meeting the success criteria we define together at Launch.

$100 (50%) due upfront upon enrollment
$100 (50%) due upon completion based on success criteria
If success criteria defined at Launch aren't met: final payment reduced to $50 (total: $150)
TEAM Tier: $400 total (up to 5 people)

How AI Is Used
Your AI Use (Optional): You may develop drafts using whatever process works for you. AI tools are available but not required for your independent work. We encourage using AI to reduce cognitive biases when working through difficult ideas. Yet, we also acknowledge contrasting biases whether with other humans or with AI, creates opportunities for genuine intellectual engagement. You'll notice where you agree, disagree, and why. If privacy is a concern, one can choose to run an AI locally, offline.
Our AI Use (Required): To implement Combat Writing methodology, you must allow Learning Producers to analyze your drafts through multiple AI models during Draft Review and Final Reflection sessions. This multi-perspective orchestration is essential for revealing non-obvious insights.
Current platforms include Claude, Grok, and Learning Producer GPT. Additional models may be incorporated as technology evolves.
Privacy: Group-shared content within cohorts is visible to cohort participants. Personal data is protected per our privacy policy.
