DEMONSTRATE DISCOVERY

• One live call per stage: Strategy, Sparring, Battle, Champion (phone or video, up to 1 hour each) *In-person available in Chicago, calendar permitting.

• You run the method between rounds: the Combat Writing app in your browser, or the Combat Writing plugin inside Claude Code, each with a crew of three models on one free key.

• Context Brief, run records and Insight Vault built as you go. You select what carries to your next project.

• Every round recorded: each model's critiques, the revisions, and the final draft frozen as canon when it ships.

• All stages complete within 60 days, using deadline as constraint.

INFRA REMAINS

LPI works this same method: shipped apps, autonomous agents, published writing distributed across platforms.

The work may surface new tools for your own publishing workflow. What you built from our collaboration belongs to you and stays with your organization. This includes any automation frameworks and vibe-coded applications.

PRICING

Structured for mutual commitment. Both parties assume risk.

Team (up to 5) $1,500: $750 upfront / $750 on completion, owed only if the success criteria are met.

Independent $500: $250 upfront / $250 on completion, owed only if the success criteria are met.
